I will be making the "no name" chicken I posted in the link below. Actually we sort of call it spicy chicken. I've made it a zillion times. I'll probably make rice pilaf and have some brocolli to go with it.

It's very hot here in NH. Our grill still isn't ready - but on Monday I'll be enjoying some grilled foods at my dads.
