Dinner tonight, the 25th June, Monday

Kads, those ideas sound great--I'll have to keep them in mind for my next uninspired moment! I ended up just sauteeing strips the chicken, adding spaghetti sauce and letting it simmer, then serving it over pasta with some freshly grated parm and garden basil.

jake arrived here at like 10:00, so we're both starving. he didn't call, so i'm letting him be hungry. i'll cook myself a dinner. consideration=relationship. he lacks that too often.

Last night I just sauteed some Hot Italian turkey sausages in extra-virgin olive oil & served them with some Barilla rotini pasta simply tossed with a can of undrained stewed tomatoes & some chopped fresh basil. Green salad too, as usual - lol!
