This morning for Sunday Brunch I made Monte Cristos, mixed berry salad, and eggs cooked to order. I haven't made Monte Cristos in over a year because I didn't have a deep fryer, and you gots to have a deep fryer. Yesterday I picked up a 1 liter Toastmaster deep fryer for 5 bucks at an on line auction house I frequent.
