I stirfried some pork with kimchie.

made a Thai red curry of fresh veg, catfish, and shrimp over brown rice. Very good, and HOT!

We joined some friends at the corner taco stand and I had tacos al pastor with cheese - technically, a quesadilla. Garnished with frijoles, onions, cilantro, chopped cucumber, salsa verde and salsa Mexicana (pico de gallo). With limonada...lemonade made with limes. Very yummy.

I love al pastor tocos. I used to get them from a hole in the wall kind of place in Castroville, Ca. that made them with lamb. They were something to talk about.
