I cannot believe the prices that you pay for sesame seeds at the grocery store. $3.89 for a small jar and I will need at least a pound of sesame seeds. I decided to call a health food store and the price was sooo different. For toasted the price is $1.39 LB and for raw it is $1.29 LB. Can you beat that? I was stunned!!!!

Yeah I can buy them for about AU$4 a kilo, so maybe a little cheaper than the price you mentioned from a Greek wholesale place (can also get most of the European beans, lentils and grains).

I will be going to the health food store today and am planning on checking everything in the store out. Will probably end up spending a lot of money on things that I won't be serving at the wedding. :) Will also be keeping an eye out to see if they have a bug problem. Haven't been to the store before so am not sure if it is a good place or not.
