And I mean wraps, not the filling. I REALLY like the wraps I just made for the GCC picnic challenge. Yummy...but am wondering if anyone else makes wraps? I can hardly wait to share the recipe--whole wheat-ap flour-basil-tomato-hot pepper....yummy. And, EASY. If you can make a pie crust, you can make these.

The recipe is more or less "tortilla" based, I guess. Except, I do use a lefse griddle (the difference is that a lefse griddle heats to 500 and that is the temp I used to make the wraps--and I use a lefse 'turner" <g> to flip them. Before I had a lefse griddle, I used a CI griddle, no oil added.) I'll be posting it as soon as I find out how to post GCC posts!

Bear in mind, I'm just a rudimentary cook--I just do what works. People eat what I make, but I'm not trained as a chef or a cook.
