GUISADO

2 lbs. tenderized round steak
2 small onions, thick slices
2 tomatoes, thick slices
2 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
1 tsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 heaping TBS flour

Fry meat in oil till brown. Add flour, stir till meat is coated and add spices. Layer onions, tomatoes, and jalapeno peppers, add 1/2 cup water. Cook till tender and gravy turns brown.
