Air Fryer Mushrooms:

1-(16-oz.)-Carton Mushrooms, Rinsed & Dried
3 T. Olive Oil Or Melted Butter
1 Clove Garlic Or Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1:4 Tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

In colander, rinse mushrooms under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

Put mushrooms in a bowl; add Olive Oil or melted butter.

Add in the garlic, salt and pepper.

Toss until the mushrooms are well coated with the seasonings.

Transfer mushrooms to air fryer basket.

Air fry at 400 degrees F for 5-7 minutes.

Season to taste.

***You can also top them with Parmesan Cheese, onion powder, or other favorite seasonings.

Sounds great Roxy. Thanks for posting.
You didn't say to slice them but your picture is of sliced mushrooms. So if they are the whole tiny button ones, do you think it would take the same length of time as the sliced? Or do you think even the button should be at least sliced in half.

I don't have an air fryer but will try it with the fan on in the oven.
