limes, hands-down. I even use lime juice in hollandaise. But for acidulating potatoes and apples and such, I use lemon juice (cheaper!)

Do you eat the crust, or everything BUT the crust?
 
Depends on what it is. For something like clothing--black. For large kitchen appliances--white (black oven though).

Pretty bags - that way you can keep the wrapping (bag) to store things in, display or even pass along to someone else when you give a gift.
