Anger management wake up call!

http://drphil.com/articles/article/221/ I know this is a touchy subject but I thought I'd post it here anyway. At one time or another everyone has trouble controlling their anger, "ME" for instance. Just thought I'd post if anyone's interested in reading more about it and things to do to prevent it.
