Just thought I would let you know the outcome, a few untruths were told so I gave it a miss. The tenant was locked out for being behind in his rent and the landlord took possession of the equipment. The tenant also owed our largest local seafood supplier a lot of money so that supplier has now leased the business and put it on the market for $100K to try and get his money back.--------- It's all tricky.
