This turned out pretty good. Might be able to tweak it for more noggy taste, I don't know
4 cups sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup eggnog
2- 11oz white chocolate chips
1 tsp ground nutmeg
13oz marshmallow creme {fluff}
1-2 cup chopped nuts {optional}
2 tsp rum extract
Lightly butter a 9x13 - 13x18 baking pan with lip. Depends on how thick you you prefer your fudge to be.
In large, 3 quart saucepan, blend sugar, butter and eggnog. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly until temp on candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and nutmeg, stir until melted. Add marshmallow, nuts and extract. Stir until blended and creamy. Pour into prepared pan. Cool and cut into squares
