Hi Everyone

I just happened to stumble on this site this morning. I love looking at sites about cooking and new recipes. I am a diabetic and always looking for ways to cut carbs. I believe in having a good stocked pantry and plenty in the freezer. I started canning a few years ago and love it. I am married to a wonderful man who has inspired me to be a better cook. I have 3 grown children and 1 granddaughter who likes to help nana in the kitchen. We both have our aprons of course.

Greetings from a neighbor to your south (NW Arkansas).

I'm also Diabetic, have two grown children, 2 teenage grandsons, am a single male who finds cooking a creative expression and a challenge to continually become a better cook. I find it's an experience that I will never master to my own satisfaction, but allows me the pleasure of meeting interesting people along the way.
