Hello all. I just found this site because I was given a Loco 10qt deep fryer for Christmas. I love fried chicken, fired shrimp, fried clams....OK, pretty much anything that is not considered healthy. However, I have also transformed into the cook for my family over the past few years and am looking to learn as much as I can.
