Thanks folks

for the warm welcome. I hope that we will have an opportunity to exchange some great recipes. I am quite good at making faux beef wellingtons, crab cakes, and gumbo, among other things. And I would like to hear from ronjohn, if he is a homebrewer. He may have a recipe that I would like to make.
