First post - Just wanted to introduce myself. Age 59 and retired. Cooking interests include bread baking (mostly whole wheat), low sodium dishes (blood pressure needs work) and crock pot cooking (which is how I found this board). Other interests are hiking and reading. Live in Berkeley, CA.

Looks like a real friendly group and lots of interesting threads.
