Just stopping in to say hello, I am a 47 year young female who loves to cook and try new stuff in past 30 yrs have traveled with Military so have some different ideas of what is good. New to Area here in PA and finding hard to get old fashion, simple cooking tips or recipes for area food, example ...how and what to do with pre cooked and jelled then sliced tripe.. My partner is from here and just assumes everyone knows how to do these things and Information out there. Found all kinds of tripe fresh recipes but just wonder. Thanks for letting me join and take care. Possiable other skills lacking how to cook scrapple (or cut it for that matter) mine turns into little beads when I try, how to make corn nuggets.
