I'm Carol - I live in beautiful East Tennesse in the Smoky Mtns. I like to cook - I'm not an excellent cook like some of my family members, but I like to try new foods and love to make people happy with my cooking. I am anxious to learn new methods and be introduced to new foods as well as share the few things about cooking that I have learned along the way.
