Worchestershire Sauce. Refrigerate or not?

Worcester sauce (pronounced Wooster, and we seem to miss off the 'shire'!) has been part of most UK families' diet for as long as most of us can remember! My granny always had two bottles - one currently being used and one in reserve (she thought THAT highly of it, she feared running out!) Hardly any fridges here in those days, so the sauces were kept in a pantry. I still do the same. Asian fish-based sauces I keep in the fridge though.:)

Yes yes but you live in Freezer Land, refrigerators are not needed there :).

Hahahaaaaaaaaaaa. I'll have you know that last week and the week before it only rained once, for about half a day. Mind you, this week, we're back to the same old, same old!
