Robots In The Kitchen

On tonight's news (UK) it showed a kitchen robot which has been developed in the US.
In our kitchen there wouldn't be any space left for a human!
I'd lose patience because it is SO slow.
I wonder what language it speaks and whether it can react appropriately if it burns itself?

I'd like to observe it when it is actually put into use.

Not to mention that this thing probably costs an arm and a leg (Jeffry Dalmer)!!

Yeah, I 'd like to know the cost myself---might be cheaper to get a live in maid who would do the rest of the house as well........
