There are a couple of options:
- 1 heavy 18/10 stainless oit, used over moderate heat
- 2. ScanPan cookware. very good reputation
- 3, glass, microwave-safe bowl to use in the microwave.
- 4.Very large SS soup pot, with a heat diffuser under it.
