TNT chocolate "ice cream"
You can make this and have it as pudding, or just pop it in the freezer and you've got ice cream! in our house hold we liked it better frozen:chef:
Chocolate Pudding/"Ice cream"
18 ounces soft tofu (don't be scared!)
1 1/4 cups sugar (you can use less than that and I prolly will next time i make it)
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
in a blender, combine the ingredients and mix until smooth.
pour into individual serving dishes.
chill in the fridge until set and serve as pudding,
or freeze, let it thaw for a a minute or two, and serve.
It's great for those hot summer days, and a great way to get soy protien!:chef:
Hmmm...If I were you, I would omit tofu and use a recipe that includes milk or cream, or both, and requires an ice cream maker.
