I discovered it on PBS a few weeks ago. An Irish food writer travels around Ireland talking to growers, makers and sellers of foods in Ireland, along with visits to monastery ruins, etc. It's pretty cool

Thanks, that looks like fun. I got an Irish Pub cookbook for my birthday a couple months ago and the recipes are fantastic. I sent the link to Shrek, he's been playing with writing menus lately.
