Fresh berries will be here before we know it, so here is a quick and maybe the easiest pie that you will ever make. It is so refreshing.

BERRY SIMPLE FRUIT PIE
FILLING
1 1/2 cup(s) WATER
3/4 cup(s) SUGAR
2 tablespoon(s) CORNSTARCH
1 package(s) (3 ounce) JELL-O; To Match The Fruit.
3 cup(s) FRUIT
CRUST
1 cup(s) FLOUR
1/2 cup(s) MARGARINE
5 tablespoon(s) POWDERED SUGAR

Mix crust ingredients together with a pastry blender as you would for a pie crust.
Place crust mixture in a 9" pie pan and press into bottom and up sides of pie plate.
Bake crust for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Boil water, sugar and cornstarch until thick and almost clear, add jello.
Let cool and add fruit.
Pour into the baked shell.
Chill and top with cool whip or vanilla ice cream if desired.
