There's a ton of people in town to run the Honolulu Marathon. They usually start carbo loading two days before they run so what better special to run than a pasta?

I have several buddy friends who run in the Iron Man and the seafood is a great idea. I've always fed my marathon runners lasagne or lots of spaghetti with a meat sauce. My word this looks tons healthier and now I know that I'm the reason they lost!
