Oh my gosh, Joey, I haven't had that in years!
Looks excellent

Dinner on our table was what I found at the bottom of the freezer drawer...

Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli (the round shaped ones)
and just Cheese ravs (the square ones)
I topped it all off with a simple condimento of Olive Oil and Garlic with grated Parm and Parsley.
MMM!
After a very long day, it was nice to find something super easy to put together for our supper.

I hope your Mom is doing better, K-Girl.

We had three kinds of leftovers in the fridge. We shared and finished the oldest, bratwurst and sauerkraut. Had a bit of mashed potatoes left, opened cans of corn, and that was dinner. On to the next leftover tomorrow!

We ordered pub food. DH had a hamburger with fries and forgot to eat his coleslaw. I had a hamburger steak with caramelized onions, gravy, baked potato, and vegis. We each ordered a slice of pie because it was Pi Day. DH ordered apple pie and I ordered key lime pie. We shared. That way no one had to choose between these. They were both excellent, but a bit sweeter than I would make them.

We had sweet and sour pork, made from leftover pork loin. Made a quick fried rice to go with it.

Cookies and milk for dessert.
