I know that there are some discounted gift cards sold on somewhere else but they are illegal i.e. bought with stolen credit cards from the black market. It's said Amazon will ban accounts if it is found to be using gift cards bought by stolen credit cards.

However, if I receive a gift card from someone else as a present or payment,
I wouldn't know his source of the gift card, if he buys from black market, will my account get affected?
