Tonights dinner was Asian Grilled Tuna...I served it up with fried rice and grilled squash. the tuna was marinaded in Soy, Dijon, Honey and White Wine....I thickened some of the reserved marinade for a sauce. all in all pretty good eating.

Fried Rice

Grilled Squash. I did this on the propane side of the the grill and after hanging out here for just a few weeks I feel I need to hang my head in shame

Tuna on the grill...this was my first time cooking over direct heat on lump charcoal...cant get over how much hotter it gets. clearly this should have been turned a touch sooner.
