It should be fine. We often leave bacon out from Sunday brunch and use it in a salad that night.
Just reheat and eat - it will be fine - it will probably be fine without even reheating. It is cured and many cured meats are left out out at room temp. all the time.

Reheat it, and then eat it...but you have to make sure it gets over 140 when you reheat it, don't just warm it.
