Bacon Wrapped Rojo Eggplant slices.

Really basic recipe.

First slice the egg plants into slices.

Now put the eggplant slices in the container with a 1/4 cup of Olive oil. And let it rest for an hour.

Now roll the bacon up in the eggplant.

Cook the bacon until it's Golden Brown.
