If I want to saute pork chops (about 3/4 inch thick) in a skillet/saute pan on the oven, what would be a good, basic guideline to follow? Like, approximately what temperature for about how long? I was thinking medium-high for maybe 4 minutes per side? I know it'll vary a lot with the size of the chops, the stove, etc., but I'm just looking for a starting point.
