almost every pic I see of Texas bbq has a long smoked sausage in it.
Looks mighty dang good to me. I'd like to start throwing some on
each time I smoke something, but what kind is used?
Hard to find good sausage here, we basically get Hillshire Farms
and Johnsonville...any reccomendations?
I assume it's just an all beef sausage?
