BERRY-BUTTERMILK SOUP:
For a sweetheart of a soup, combine 2 cups strawberries, 1 ½ cups water, ½ cup sugar, ½ teaspoon grated orange peel (orange part only) and 2 tablespoons orange juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Whirl mixture in a blender; add 2 cups buttermilk. Garnish with sliced strawberries. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
