Next, Angus NY Strips naked seared and 2 seasoned with Wolfe Rub Bold (mine and the boys), daughters with Wolfe Rub Original and my wife had salt and pepper. We also had the usual onion and pepper drizzled with oil and salt and pepper and potatoes rubbed with oil and salt and Old Bay Corn on the cob.
