While watching Sunday football I decided it was a good day for grillin as it was cold and overcast in SoCali today. We picked up some fresh ground beef and mixed in some blue cheese for blue cheese burgers. While the burgers were grillin, I threw some mushrooms and onions in a cast iron skillet along with some bacon grease and let em soak up all the bacon goodness. Then I thought about the pork roast I cooked last night and decided a slice needed to go on my burger, so I threw in a slice and let it mix in with the bacon grease, onions and mushrooms...yum...yum...yum. The pic isn't great but my tummy is full and happy.
