Bread and Butter Pickled Green Tomatoes

With the weather turning we picked what was left of our grape tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, habaneros, cayenne and cascabel peppers and pickled them. We ended up with 8 pints of tomatoes and 2 pints of peppers and tomatoes.

Capt. To funny. My wife was just complaining Thursday as I was getting all the spices, etc to make Kim Chee. She cannot stand the smell and will NOT eat it or be in the room when its open. I, on the other hand, see it as some quiet time.
