Brand new member here and thought I'd post about a recent brunswick stew cook as my first post.
Chicken thighs seasoned with S&P and a few sprigs of rosemary under the skin and some CSR's seasoned with Lilly rub.
On.
Chicken off after 2 hours @ 250.
CSR's foiled for an hour.
CSR's off.
Everything ready for the pot.
Onions sweatin'.
Stew on.
Three hours later...
Plated with some homemade biscuits.
