Cajun Cafe's Bourbon Chicken Recipe

Around here in the Shopping Mall's Food Court there is a place called 'The Cajun Cafe' and all they serve is Asian food......go figure. There is always a lady out front offering free samples of their Bourbon Chicken and the stuff is amazingly good. Here's my take on it and it turned out damn good!
