Okay, it's better than a lot of "whipped toppings" out of a can, but it's got a lot of sugars and carageenan. Yeah, yeah, carageenan is made from seaweed, so it's not totally disgusting, but it's never a good sign as an ingredient.
And how do you do you deflate it so you can substitute it for heavy cream?
