Made this this mornin'. Started with leftover steak from Tonys meats (mmmm) red onion, asparagus & broccoli and added the zuchini a little late so it wouldn't overcook. I chopped the steak. I was going to toast the bread roll with butter but got to excited and threw the dijon mustard on a little early. I was going to use a smokey mustard and forgot that too. I thought "what the hell", i'll grill it with the mustard on there and no butter. Turned out just fine. The flavor didn't change a whole lot. I'll try that again. I used Jack cheese cause its one of my favorites. enjoy.
This was the steak plate that the leftovers came off of:
Steak, broccoli, frog eye salad (i think, coulda just been noodles and dressing, this was my wifes plate) mashed taters loaded with bacon, green onion, milk, sourcream etc..etc. Grilled peppers, red onion and zuchini marinated in red wine vinegar/ butter and put in foil on the grill. Fresh strawberries too.
