I have a Dear Neighbor "Dorm Mom" who makes this for the new Students at UT.
it is very odd.. (she was in the Navy in Guam)..
Take a Large Pot..
add 1 Gallon of white Vinegar..
1 Gallon of Soy Sauce..
1 Jar of Cayan pepper..
Soak, like 5 whole chickens ( cut into parts), or more, soak overnight, then grill them on the BBQ..
serve with Red Rice, and Cucumber Salad..and Mustard Patatoe Salad..
The whole meal is Very Sour!..
but interesting!
