Chocolate Macadamia Coconut Cheesecake

my mom threw this one together over the weekend and it was very good, i love anything with the chocolate/macadamia/coconut comination. she took some old cookies and grinded them up for a grham type crust, mixed 2 packs of cream cheese with some chocolate syrup and whipped cream, added more whipped cream and syrup to the top and then the toasted nuts. pretty easy no cook desert, especially since i didnt have to make it.......enjoy

My mother would love this. She thoroughly believes that everything is better with coconut. Growing up, I was probably ten years old before I realized cake icing didn't have to have coconut pressed into it!
