Deli Roast Beef like Jersey Mike's

Does anyone know how to cook a roast beef like the meat they serve at Jersey Mike's sandwich shop? If not, how about Boars Head deli Roast Beef?

They use a top round roast. I'd S&P it and just put it end the oven and roast to med. rare. Slice and use for sandwiches. I out garlic cloves in mine before roasting it.

Never heard of Jersey Mike's - but this might help with the Boar's Head roast beef.
