Did anyone have Tacos this Tuesday, 2023 June 20?

I didn't have tacos. I boiled some store bought beef curry dumplings. I served them with a couple of dipping sauces (nuok cham me and a soy & ginger sauce), Lao Gan Ma, and stir fried vegis with Madras curry paste and creamed coconut. It was vert tasty, if I do say so myself.

Homemade fried chicken nuggets, potato slices and onion pan fried in butter, and corn kernels.

We had lasagna with a salad, and italian bread with olive oil and herbs for dipping the bread in.

I went a different way...roast turkey breast, mashed taters, gravy and roasted yams & carrots. L/o bread from last night. It was a good dinner...and DH ran off with the plates before pictures were taken.

We had TJ's orange chicken enhanced with several stir-fried veggies all over rice.
