Diva Q Grilled Apricots & Brie Easy Appetizer
6-8 fresh apricots pitted and halved
2 tablespoons soft butter (salted)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
small round of double cream brie
2 tablespoons clover honey
Fresh mint leaves
Melt butter and sugar together in small pan. Dredge the apricots in the sugar mixture.
Grill apricot halves on high heat for 2-3 minutes directly then add a small wedge of brie on top of each.
Continue to bbq apricot halves indirectly until brie starts to bubble
Plate a couple of halves with a drizzle of honey and some fresh mint.
