Rubbed this 4.5lb Eye of Round down with Wolfe Rub Bold, was gonna just use salt and pepper, but I only had 10 peppercorns left. . Cooked indirect at 275* until internal temp hit 100*, removed and cranked the heat up to 400* and finished direct until 120* internal temp. We also had grilled baby red potatoes, asparagus and parker house rolls. Pretty good meal and there's enough left over for some sandwiches today for the game!!
