Just looking for some quick advice and hoping you folk can help.
I have about 0.8kg silverside and was looking to fast roast it to roat beef i guess. However, seen conflicting advice online about whether it can be fast roasted or requires more of a low slow roast. The silverside i have doesnt seem to have much fat on it.
Any advice, don't really want to waste the cut of meat for obvious reasons!
