If left too long in frig you will have a relish but it tastes as good as the salad.
Trim the fennel and slice very thin. Trim radishes but don't peel. now shred in your FP with shred disk it will work great. then toss the fennel and radishes together. In a jar with tight fitting lid shake1/2 cup of evoo, 3 tab. wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over veggies toss well let sit for 2 hrs. tossing occasionally just before you serve toss in 3 tab. of fresh flat leaf parsley chopped place over Belgian endive leaves or lettuce leaves of choice.
