still freaking cold here, so I went freezer diving and found
a tuna steak. Decided I could fake a fish taco, so made a
quick relish of onion, cucumber, and a chipotle orange sauce
from Phillips Seafood, made a nice Wasabi mix , browned
a flour tortilla, and it came out pretty good.

As always, I overstuffed the things, and it was messy

no the cougar is still in the freezer. I think it was less red
because it was frozen, or maybe I thawed it too fast.
