Fried Turkey Breast...

gonna do a couple of these next week....any idea on how long per lb to fry em? Gotta be shorter than the whole bird since there's no dark meat.

I googled deep fried turkey breast and found several sites and they seem to recommend 4 to 5 minutes per pound. Personally, I'd go 4 then lift it out of the oil and check the internal temps and see where you are.
With oil at 375 degrees I pull at 3 min/lb. and probe the breast.
